Meet Kate Moffatt, CHRL, She/Her
Kate is a resilient Human Resources Leader with a distinguished record of leading, developing and implementing People and Culture programs and initiatives. At all stages of her HR career she has consistently delivered results and positive change through her advanced skills in talent management, learning and development, employee relations, culture and engagement, organizational development, employee wellness, IDEA, performance management, discipline, and all matters throughout the employee life cycle. Kate's broad knowledge and understanding of Canadian employment laws contribute to her ability to navigate the complex landscape of HR. She leverages this expertise to ensure compliance and advocates for the best interests of both the organization and its employees. She has a passion for HR, and contributes to the HR field through her board work previously at the Engineering Human Resources Association and currently, acts as the the HR Board Member at Sustainable Buildings Canada.
